I’m buying a home with a Sunnova service agreement. What do I need to know?

Congratulations! We are excited to welcome you to Sunnova.

If you’re in the process of purchasing a Sunnova home, please contact our customer care center to initiate a transfer case, create a buyer account, and obtain credit approval as soon as possible. Please contact us by phone at 866.SUNNOVA or by email at customerservice@sunnova.com.

We will ask you provide the following information:

  1. Copy of the unofficial deed, and
  2. Closing confirmation.

After closing, we will require a copy of the recorded deed.

In lieu of a credit check, we can accept a down payment. Please call us for more details.

As a solar buyer, please note that you will receive two bills: one from your utility company and one from Sunnova.
