Through Sunnova's court-supervised chapter 11 sale process, new owners have acquired substantially all of Sunnova's assets and operations. Importantly, as part of the sale transaction, SunStrong Management, an experienced full-service asset manager for the renewables industry, has assumed responsibility for the servicing of the accounts for in-service customer systems acquired by the new owner group, Sunnova has ceased independent operations. SunStrong Management has assumed responsibility for servicing and managing most in-service customer systems—ensuring continuity of operations, billing, and support for existing customers.

SunStrong Management is a full-service asset manager dedicated to the renewable-energy sector. Led by seasoned industry veterans, SunStrong specializes in the management of existing residential solar portfolios, including leases, loans, and power-purchase agreements.

If your account has transitioned to SunStrong, you should have already received communications outlining next steps for maintaining your solar service, billing, and account access.
