How to sign up for MySunnova
Get started on MySunnova here: https://www.mysunnova.com/
To sign up, you will need your Sunnova System ID. You can find this number on your e-bill next to your “payment due.”
Don’t have an e-bill handy? No problem! Give us a call and we can get you set up: 866-786-6682.
Production Data
When you first log in to MySunnova, you will see a graph of your production data by day.
If you toggle the view to “year”, you’ll see your monthly production and monthly expected production range on the graph.
You can also easily identify months where you had higher or lower solar irradiance (solar exposure) than average, and months where we had a production case open on your account.
Billing & Payments
In the top navigation, you can manage all your billing and payment information in “Billing & Payments.”
- View your balance and AutoPay date
- Make a one-time payment
- Manage your AutoPay and payment accounts
- View your payoff options
- View your payment history
My System
In the top navigation, “My System” will show high-level details of your system and solar service plan.
Production
To download a copy of your historical production data, go to “Production” on the top navigation. We’ll generate a CSV of your production history for the specified date range.
