If you’re in the process of purchasing a home with a Sunnova solar system, please contact our customer care center to initiate a transfer case, create a buyer account, and obtain credit approval as soon as possible. We will ask you provide the following information:
- Copy of the unofficial deed.
- Closing confirmation.
After closing, we will require a copy of the recorded deed.
As a solar buyer, please note that you will receive two bills: one from your utility company and one from Sunnova. Learn more about how home solar billing works here.
